This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions, procedures, and timelines for returns, exchanges, and refunds for purchases made from Miravesso. All monetary values are listed in USD (United States Dollar).

Return Eligibility

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items.

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Items must be returned in original packaging
  • Items must include all original components

Items that are used, damaged after delivery, or returned incomplete may not be eligible for a return or refund.

Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 40 days from the date of delivery.

Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or exchange:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for return approval and instructions

Returns must be approved before items are sent back.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping will be provided at no cost
  • For all other returns (e.g., change of mind), customers may be responsible for return shipping costs

A return shipping label may be provided depending on the reason for return.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within the same 40-day return period, subject to:

  • Product availability
  • Eligibility requirements

Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 10 business days
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been completed

Refund Currency

All refunds are processed in USD (United States Dollar).

If your original payment was made in another currency, your payment provider may apply conversion rates or additional fees. These are outside of our control.
