This Shipping Policy outlines the processing times, shipping methods, and delivery expectations for orders placed with Miravesso. All prices and charges are listed in USD (United States Dollar).


Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday during business hours
  • Orders placed before 6:00 PM (GMT-5) will begin processing on the same business day
  • Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day

Miravesso does not process or dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays.


Handling Time

All orders require a handling time of 1–4 business days.

During this time, orders are prepared, packed, and handed over to the shipping carrier.


Transit Time

Once shipped, orders are delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on the destination and carrier operations.

Deliveries are made on business days (Monday to Friday).


Estimated Delivery Time

The total estimated delivery time is 4–11 business days, including handling and transit time.

Please note that delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, such as carrier delays or high shipping volumes.


Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders.

There are no additional shipping fees charged at checkout.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Miravesso is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If you are paying in another currency, your payment provider may apply exchange rates or additional fees.
