A four-tier cascade chandelier in the Murano cast-glass tradition — graduated tiers of hand-cast emerald-green glass leaves arranged around a central metal armature, the leaves overlapping in a downward cascade that reads as a single column of refracted green light. The dark-green cased glass is a period-correct reference to mid-century Italian Vetreria production.
Drawn from the 1960s–70s Italian Murano-style cascade chandelier vocabulary of Mazzega and Vistosi-era studios. Suited to formal dining rooms, primary entry foyers, two-story foyers, and great-room interiors in 5,000+ sq ft estates and luxury hotels — for design-led clients drawn to the Italian mid-century cast-glass vocabulary in transitional and Hollywood Regency interiors. Installation
- Licensed electrician required. Hardwired ceiling pendant via supplied canopy plate and chain.
- Specialist installer required — at 37 kg with hand-cast glass leaves, the fixture must be handled by experienced installers; un-crate carefully and lift only by the upper armature.
- Confirm ceiling support: 37 kg / 81.6 lbs significantly exceeds standard junction-box rating (≈ 25 kg / 55 lbs) — UL-listed heavy-duty fixture brace or structural joist anchor required before mounting.
- Hang the lower edge 30–34″ above the dining table, or 7 ft+ above the floor in foyer walking zones.
- Bulbs supplied by installer. Clear candle LEDs at 2700K — clear envelope reads best through emerald cased glass.

What size dining table or room does it suit? +
The Ø 27.6″ frame suits dining tables 48–66″ long — typical of seating for 4 to 8. Chandelier diameter should sit between half and two-thirds of dining-table width. For primary foyers it suits 9–12 ft ceilings; for two-story foyers and double-height great rooms, longer chain is available on request. Hang the lower edge 30–34″ above the dining table top.
Nickel or copper armature — which should I choose? +
Choose Nickel & Dark Green for cooler interiors — monochromatic, modern, white-on-white architectural detailing, and Hollywood Regency rooms with cool-tone trim. Choose Copper & Dark Green for warmer interiors — brass-and-walnut libraries, warm mid-century palettes, and rooms with bronze or copper hardware elsewhere. The emerald cased glass is identical between variants; only the armature changes.
How heavy is it and what ceiling support do I need? +
The fixture weighs 37 kg / 81.6 lbs assembled — significantly above standard residential junction-box rating (≈ 25 kg / 55 lbs). Your electrician must install a UL-listed heavy-duty fixture brace or anchor directly to a structural ceiling joist before mounting. For two-story or cathedral ceilings, structural-engineer review is recommended. The figure is confirmed; no estimate needed.
What bulbs should I use? +
Candelabra-base candle bulbs, supplied by your installer. We recommend clear-envelope candle LEDs at 2700K warm white, ≤ 25W incandescent-equivalent. Clear glass reads best through the emerald cased glass — frosted bulbs flatten the depth of color and are not recommended. Bulb count is confirmed on the spec sheet.
Is it dimmable? Lutron-compatible? +
Standard wiring is non-dimming. TRIAC-dimmable wiring is available as a custom build — please specify when contacting us before ordering. Compatible with Lutron Caséta, Diva, and forward-phase wall dimmers when paired with dimmable LED candelabra bulbs.

The cased-glass leaves are hand-poured, so leaf shape, glass tone depth, and minor bubble inclusions vary subtly between fixtures — the character of hand-cast Italian glass.
