The Oscar's sturdy iron body cradles a frosted glass diffuser that scatters warm, even light across the room below. Flush-mounted and hardwired, it disappears into the ceiling while quietly anchoring any space it inhabits.
Gold Version: The iron canopy is finished by hand, producing subtle tonal variation that makes every piece unique. No lacquer mask, no uniform coating — the texture emerges from the finishing process itself.

Is this ceiling light dimmable? +
Yes — the Oscar is fully compatible with standard TRIAC wall dimmers (sold separately, no special controller required). As you lower the brightness, the light's color temperature shifts warmer — from crisp white toward a soft amber glow — mimicking the effect of traditional incandescent dimming.
Is the LED bulb replaceable? +
The 24W LED module is built into the fixture and is not designed for DIY replacement. However, if the light source is damaged or reaches end of life, please contact us — we can provide a replacement module and guide you through the process.
What room size does this light suit? +
At 50 cm (19.7") diameter and 24W output, the Oscar is well-suited to rooms of roughly 10–18 m² (110–195 ft²). It works particularly well in bedrooms, dining areas, hallways, and entryways. For larger open-plan spaces, consider installing two units.
What voltage does it support? +
AC 110–240V — universal voltage. The Oscar ships ready for use in North America (110–120V), Europe (220–240V), the UK, and Australia without any modification or adapter.
Can I order a different color temperature? +
The standard version ships in warm white (3000K), which is ideal for residential living and dining spaces. If you require neutral white (4000K) or daylight (5000K), please contact us before placing your order — custom color temperature options are available on request and may affect lead time.
About the hand-finished texture +
Both the Gold and Nickel canopies are finished by hand, resulting in subtle variations in tone and surface pattern across each piece. No two lamps are identical. This tonal variation — particularly visible on the Gold — is an intentional quality of the artisanal production process, not a defect. Minor differences between units are expected and part of the design.
Does the Gold and Nickel version look different beyond color? +
The two finishes share the same iron body and glass shade construction, but have distinct characters. The Gold has a warm, organic patina-like depth with amber and ochre undertones. The Nickel has a cooler, more uniform sheen — precise and understated. Both finishes exhibit the same hand-finished tonal depth; the Nickel is simply more restrained in its contrast.
