A flat-disc flush-mount ceiling lamp built from small pieces of natural alabaster spliced together by hand, then polished into a single seamless surface. Unlike fixtures cut from a single slab, the mosaic technique reveals each individual stone's veining as a distinct cell — together they form an organic tessellated pattern that glows uniquely from within when the integrated LED is on.
Because every cell is hand-cut and hand-placed, no two ceiling lamps share the same composition of veining, color, or grain direction. The result is a one-of-a-kind ceiling — a piece of small architecture rather than a mass-produced fixture.

Choosing Between Mosaic and Whole-Piece Versions
Miravesso offers this ceiling lamp in two distinct alabaster styles. This listing is the Mosaic version — assembled from many small stones into a richly patterned, cell-glowing surface. We also offer a Whole-Piece version, cut from a single block of alabaster for a quieter, more uniform look. Compare them visually below before you choose.

Brass
Warm polished brass center cap and ceiling plate — a glow of warm metal at the center of the alabaster. Pairs naturally with cream walls, oak, and traditional palettes.
White
Powder-coated white center cap and ceiling plate — the metalwork recedes, letting the alabaster glow take full center stage. Minimal and contemporary.
Each piece is unique. Because the alabaster is hand-cut into small pieces and then spliced together, the cell pattern, veining, color tone, and grain direction will differ from the photographs shown. What's the difference between Mosaic and Whole-Piece versions? +
This listing is the Mosaic version. The mosaic is hand-pieced from many small alabaster stones, then polished — when lit, each stone cell becomes individually visible as a distinct glowing tile, producing a textured, layered look. The Whole-Piece version (separate listing) is cut from a single block of alabaster for a quieter, more uniform glow. Choose Mosaic if you want pattern and individuality; choose Whole-Piece if you want minimalism and uniformity.
Will my piece look exactly like the photos? +
No — every mosaic ceiling lamp is unique. Because the cells are hand-cut from natural alabaster and hand-placed by the artisan, the final pattern, veining, color tones, and grain direction will differ from the photographs. Yours will be one-of-a-kind. If you have a strong preference (lighter, darker, more or less veined), leave a note at checkout.
Which size suits my space? +
The Compact (∅ 40 cm) suits standard bedrooms, hallways, and smaller living areas. The Medium (∅ 50 cm) is the most versatile — suits typical living rooms, dining rooms, and master bedrooms. The Large (∅ 60 cm) anchors larger living rooms or open-plan spaces. All three sizes are 5 cm (2") thick — true flush mount that works with low ceilings.
Is it dimmable? +
The default integrated LED is not dimmable — it will not work with standard TRIAC wall dimmers. If dimming matters for your installation, please contact us before ordering and we can supply a dimmable version (custom build, may affect lead time).
Can I install it in a bathroom? +
Yes — this lamp is well-suited to bathroom ceilings, particularly above the vanity area. Because alabaster is a natural porous stone, we recommend installing it away from direct shower spray or steam concentration — avoid placing it directly above the shower head or tub where prolonged moisture could eventually affect the stone over many years. Standard ventilation and normal bathroom humidity are not a concern.
